William Febus, MBA serves as the Executive Director at New Brunswick Anesthesia Associates (NBAA). With over 30 years of healthcare leadership experience, he brings extensive expertise from his previous roles as COO of a large multi-specialty group—including three urgent care centers—and a spinal surgery practice.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Rutgers University and later completed his MBA in Health Care Management from Saint Joseph’s University. William is passionate about fitness, beach outings, and sports, and takes pride in working with the dedicated and compassionate physician team at NBAA—an organization defined by professionalism, teamwork, and clinical excellence.
