Mark Stein, MD is a highly experienced anesthesiologist with over 39 years in clinical practice. A graduate of UMDNJ–New Jersey Medical School (1985), he completed his anesthesiology residency at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center in New York. His areas of expertise include obstetric and pediatric anesthesiology.

Outside the operating room, he enjoys playing guitar and drums. When asked why he enjoys working at NBAA, Dr. Stein states, “There is a pervading tone of kindness and collegiality within the department, as well as among nurses, surgeons, and other co-workers, that is not found in most other anesthesiology practices.”
